Backshop: Add LED Indicators to a Control Panel

This split rail procedure was used by the Lionel track systems of both tubular and Super O tracks and was useful with not just operating the crossing gates and watchman’s shack. I also use the split rail trick to indicate occupancy as well as operate relays to automatically adjust track voltage depending traveling up or down the helix.
