What did you think of this tutorial? Was it comprehensive enough and did you understand everything I said? Did you agree with my reasonings? Any feedback is appreciated. You can even roast my swing 900 being too cork roundish if you want ;)

the video is great and I understand everything , but the problem for me in c9 is the timing . I tried quite a lot of times trying to spot the target and get the kick out as soon as I see it again but I always do kinda like a weird tornado kick and keep spinning until I see the front again Edit : My bs900 is not that good as I've only learn it a few days ago and got it to kick a little more by day , but I guess I'll have to practice the prerequisite more (bs9) for my c900 timing to be better or is it a completely different feeling than c9?

@@KerWinLee05 Bs900 and the one legged 360 knee change jump. I bet you can't do it properly at first, but it will be the key. After learning that C9 will provably get very easy 👍🏻

Amazing timing!!! No joke I had planned to learn the cheat 900 tomorrow and now with your tutorial it will be much easier ^^ You descriped everything PERFECTLY, a huuuuuuge thank you from me ;D Edit: Oh I do still have a question, do you have a tip on properly turning your hip in the air? It's much easier on the ground
@johzuke14 жыл бұрын
Ah thank you. And the answer is leaning into the right direction when kicking. That's actually a good question since I really can't describe how I do it. I just kind of do 😅 But you can see that I can turn my hips more on a round kick on ground than when I do the C9 and BS9.

Sometimes and you decide. There isn't really any criteria.

most tkd people count from the starting position to the kicking position, so this would be a 720 as far as tkd goes. i like that naming better but a lot of people don’t agree and that’s okay

Also what i noticed about the swing 900 and cheat 900 is that, you don't rotate to the axis of the plant leg, rather you rotate on the axis on the swing leg. But i'll stick to rotating around the axis of the left leg, because it feels much more comfortable.

Cheat gainer (you mean gainer flash?) variations like what? Because I can only think of a few: moonkick, gainer scissor, gainer arabian, gainer semi, gainer mega, gainer rocketboi, gainer rodeo, gainer figure 4 and then the rest I can think of are just different hand positions during gainers.
