People should not broadcast in the whole world about winning the lottery. Also bars are not a good place to meet somebody. You either meet drunks, or murderers.

Your pretty much right. However I would consider the following: If you meet someone male or female {females are dangerous too), & you have never heard of them, & no one else you know has heard of them. This is where to be extremely careful. Do not under nearly all normal circumstances go back with them or go anywhere with them alone. If you like them you will have to proceed very carefully. Double dates etc. Try to meet their parents & friends. Make sure you 100% view 100% genuine identity documents. Preferably take a picture & then give it to someone in your circle that is your rock or you trust. If they can't provide you with proper ID &/or they do everything to avoid you meeting their Family or Friends - R U N ! On the flip side If you are in a Hotel, Club, Restaurant or any other establishment that serves alcohol and you meet someone that you, your friends or family properly know enough about, then on a case by case basis follow your instinct & have all the fun you want. ■■■■■■■■■■ Golden Rule: don't talk to strangers or Stranger Danger. * I don't agree with the first bit, & besides I think they had kids in mind. **However "Stranger Danger", is very true. Be very aware & careful around strangers. All these girls got in trouble & killed because they trusted a total stranger.

I really would like to know whether there was an event or catalyst for Glenn Rogers to blitz through him murder spree This guy might of always been violent but I don't think he was always a murderer. Then suddenly his playing jekyll & Hyde. Sandra Gallagher As Jekyll he seems to be the perfect casanova, being able to pick up any Women. All these Women are good looking & respectable. Then once he gets them alone he quickly turns into Hyde. This is where he sometimes has sex with them of rapes them, then he turns violent, often leading to murder. Then the next day or a few days, it's another & another. So what set him off? Was it, his divorce? but then why didn't he kill her? Jealously, cheating girlfriend. Really I'd like to know what exactly set him off?
