Good Lord Brian sounds so good on his solo. The tears are falling over here because I have a version of what he has and losing your voice when you're a singer can make you question so many things. He has fought a fight few people will ever understand. God Bless you Brian. You have worked so hard and deserve it so much.

I'm just going to say this: To everyone saying Brian isn't sounding better, y'all need to shut the hell up. He DOES sound better because he is working hard with the help of therapy to get his voice back to what it used to be. If you've seen their documentary, he admits he needs to work on fixing his voice for himself, not for others, and used AJ fixing alcoholism for himself rather than others as an example. He also says In the documentary he is working hard on his voice to restore it with help via therapy as I just said a minute ago. He is aware of is vocal issues and it's hard for him to deal with, but he is getting through it. Hell he even broke into tears talking about his vocal issues. He's obviously sensitive about it so give him a damn break. I'm sick of seeing people, especially fans dissing and bashing on him for his vocal issues. It's disrespectful and hurtful. how would you feel if you were in his shoes struggling, huh? Think before you speak.

I don't care what they're singing about, they could be singing about dirt and I would still love it LOL beautiful, emotionally charged vocal harmonies and you can feel every note. Backstreet Boys are one out of very, very few artists who have made me cry with their performances. Absolutely brilliant, I can't stop watching them. By the way, you can enjoy the show however you want- sing - dance- do whatever. I'm just happy I found this video and could experience this wonderful performance by these amazing men.

"Let's Have A Party!", what a number to start the show~ 😉 "Just To Be Cloae" and "Don't Wanna Lose You Now", these really took me back to the old but good days! 😊 Ohh~ and Nicky's "I Got You", that is my most favorite song from his solo album! 😉 "Just Want You To Know" has always been a great song for me, can't help singing along to it everytime I hear it. Usually when I watch their performances, I will watch first without singing along, to appreciate their voices more, then play it a seconc time, then sing along, but for this song... oh that habit was broken!! 😉

They really should do a full acoustic album. They should record each of the solos that they sang here. Each of them could be a hit in 2021. Old school R&B is making a comeback. Darlin’ & Lay Down Beside Me would be R&B hits. Back to your Heart would be a country hit. Spanish Eyes should be acapella & give Howie’s perfect voice a chance to shine. Nick should do an acoustic version of The Way it Was from DNA.

+Sarah E It's just because he's singing in falsetto, which doesn't require as much air/breath to get the notes. He can get away with it here because this is acoustic/stripped down, but not in a real concert. He doesn't sound good when singing in his lower register. His medical condition doesn't allow enough air to pass through his vocal cords, which weakens his voice.

+Boom Johnson poor vocal technique is not what happened to Brian's voice. It's neurological and psychosomatic what happened to him and having the swine flu (upper respiratory infection) probably exacerbated it. The dysphonia affects his voice in general. It's definitely stress-induced. Listen to when he's speaking during his cooking thing with Leighanne versus when he's talking about Lou during the q&a. Also, falsetto uses more air than singing in full voice. I don't know how he can sustain it and belting more than his lower register but every case is different.

C'mon people, we are BSB Army!!! Stop attacking each other!!! I found this video, I think it's amazing, just watching it for the funny and stupid things the guys say all the time. Whenever I want to hear their amazing voices I put on their CD's, mainly 'cause I will not criticize the girls that love them as much as I do...I insist... we are BSB Army!!! I will never, ever, be able to go to the Cruise, because I work so much and I can't make the time, so I really thank the girls that are able to go, for posting videos. I loved Kevin, never seen him so emotional with a song.

True fan :-) as for Brian, I'm very proud of him especially on Darlin, my favorite old school song from them. i never thought I would hear him sing this song, he used to hate sing it back in the days. He did a wonderful job with the acoustic arrangement. I'm very impressed . For me its a New approach for him....very like this and the encouragement by the fans AND the band when he finished singing Darlin. It was touching. Such a blessing seeing this.

i did love it,couldn't help crying while watching but i have some stuff to disagree with about the chosen songs, they do have many marvelous b-sides such as on without you,rebel,downpour,forces of nature and so on they never perfome,also i'd have loved it if each one of them had sung a solo song,besides there's no such acoustic perfomance like "like a child" in germany 1999 i guess,omg the mix of i'll never break ur heart and if i don't have you as well,gosh they shoulda redone those! how i wish brian would have sung at least one solo song since his my fave bsb, but that's ok we love them all, unforgetable video tys from the bottom of my heart for the bsb fan who posted it God bless us all bsb fans and let's keep their proud alive forever and ever!

No, it isn't. He's just singing in falsetto ("false voice"), which doesn't require as much air/breath to hit notes as lower registers do. He doesn't sound good when he has to sing his lower parts. He can get away with more falsetto here because the show is all stripped down/acoustic.

Brian has been one of my favorite BSB voices since I've been a fan and it breaks my heart that he's been having vocal issues. Singing is his career. He's probably never going to get back to what he was even a few years ago. I hope to God that he does.
