SaftOchBulle He's working on it. His muscle around his vocal chords don't work right so they tense up and cause his problems. Imagine that tight feeling you get when you're anxious in your throat, now try singing with it.

omgxwtfxily yes, I know about his voice condition, we're just reflecting on the fact that his high range seems to work a lot better than the lower parts. Usually when you get problems with your voice it's the other way around.

SaftOchBulle I think it goes back to the tensing of his muscles. When you hit high notes that's what you do. So his voice is always kinda tightened, making his lower notes harder for him now. :/

I've been a die-hard BSB fan for over 20 years now, since day 1...and I've NEVER heard them sound that flawless! I hate to even suggest it, but...are we sure they weren't lip-synching or singing along with a backing track? Their harmonies were insane, I'm blown away by these guys even now, 20+ years later.

This was during the worst part of Brian's vocal struggles. He sounds way better now, almost like his voice wasn't affected by the vocal dystonia and dysphonia. I am so incredibly proud of his strength, resilience, and perseverance. To sing live and keep going even though it must have been tremendously difficult shows how courageous he is.

Luis Fonsi is an amazing artist with amazing music....and Despacito is a nice summer hit. And in my opinion it is a bit hard to compare latin american music to american mainstream music. Of course BSB will always be the best boygroup but also what I have learnt is that sometimes nostalgia is talking more than objectivity. But also I agree that music nowadays isn't what it used to be, although you can still find some great musicians with great songs.
