Most of the singers who came from a band and went solo were not that successful because fans were used to see them in a group and kind of liked it that way, especially if the band was successful. It's just hard to see them not being together. EXCEPT, if that someone that went solo create so much controversy that will put them in a good light, something that would get them noticed by the media and public in general and then build a career out of it and establish an image. It's not about the individual talent anymore. It's about connections and media noise in that industry. The noisier, the more attention, the more money.

Watching this has really put some things into perspective for me. These 5 guys sacrificed A LOT to make their music and perform so many concerts to please their fans. Too many times have I looked at celebrities and successful people and thought about how amazing and easy their life must be, while forgetting they are real people with real problems. When I was 12, the Backstreet Boys were hot guys who sang songs that melted my heart, they were my dream boyfriends with their faces plastered on my bedroom walls. I knew their birthdays and favorite colors and foods and even what they thought was the perfect first date. Im 32 now, still a huge BSB fan, but not just because their songs still melt my heart, not just because they are handsome men who would look great on my apartment walls.. I love the Backstreet Boys because they are REAL. They have all experienced love and loss, addiction, struggle, pain and suffering. They have learned how to live and love and how to be husbands and fathers. They have figured out how to be happy, while still making their family, friends AND fans happy. These Boys are timeless. Im so incredibly happy that they are still making music. ❤

To the people that don’t understand why they don’t turn out records every second it seems. This is why. These men are all married with families. Yes their careers are important to them. But it’s about finding that balance between work and having time with their kids. To be there for them. They realize that that is more important. I have so much more respect for them for that. This isn’t the 90’s anymore where they can just work, work, and have no rest. Like they’ve said they are staying in their own Lane and doing their own thing. I can’t wait to see how this next album and tour takes them. It seems they are finally getting the recognition they deserve!

I really feel for him. His brother, Aaron, has so much emotional pain and turmoil going through his mind that he lets anger overcome him and feels the need to have Nick as his punching bag. Meanwhile, Nick probably has blocked him on many levels (social media, contacts, etc) to protect Lauren, Odin and his soon to be second child from Aaron's actions. Yet at the same time, I think he might feel somewhat guilty over doing so and turning his back on his own brother when Aaron clearly seems so emotionally vulnerable right now. Poor guy.

And it’s something to be aspired and admired of. Love BSB forever! ♥️

I appreciate what each BSB member said, and for these reasons and even more they are so special to us fans. I'm gonna stand by Nick at one thing, cos he happens to be my favorite: There's always going to be people who will mock pop music or anything that isn't hard rock or metal, there's always going to be an effort of ours that won't be as successful as the previous one. So yeah, Now or Never wasn't what Millenium was. So what. It still sold to an important degree, many artists would only dream of. Be yourself without feeling embarrassed for any reason, be humble and proud of what you have accomplished, there are very few who have achieved as much as you have.

He didn't mention anything that could had happen to the other groups under Lou. This was the last interview Rich Cronin did before he died a few months later from Leukemia. Thank you Brian, Kevin, A.J., Howie, and Nick for your honesty and transparency. For opening up and sharing your struggles. Every single one of you has been an inspiration not only with your beautiful solo voices and haunting harmonies, but also for the fact that you all have stuck together through thick and thin in one of the most competitive industries ever. It is truly miraculous when you stop to think about it. May God bless you and your families this Christmas season. I I am praying for all of you and especially for A.J. right now. Hang in! That is so true most bands are not that open with their fans but BSB they are very different and unique especially when it comes to the vocal harmonies together they have a very unique sound and blend that most of their fans love and this video was very raw and deep and very truthful and I will always be a fan of the boys and I'm very proud of each and one of them

They are unusually down to earth considering the massive success they had at such a young age. I can see Nick is sometimes still bratty but considering he had such a volatile family situation and was roped into stardom as a child he is relatively down to earth as well. They've been through a lot of trials which I think kept them grounded. My favorite is Kevin - he is clearly really thoughtful about everything he says and tries very hard to represent the entire group well when he speaks.

I'm a new BSB fan and just watching and consuming everything I can about the guys these past weeks. Even dedicated this KZbin account just to indulge in the group 😅 Learning about Nick's life and what he has gone through, I've come to think that BSB was more of a family to him than his real family, so now I'm just mindblown to see Nick practically say what I've thought all along. He wouldn't be the man he is right now if it weren't for BSB. I hope I'm not too late to see more of them in the next decades to come.

I think that they are the only Boy band that had taken a break and actually came back, because N’SYNC, 98 degrees, one direction and other boy bands and girl groups said that they were going to an hiatus and ended up breaking up and going separate ways. Through all their up and downs The Backstreet Boys are still here 25 years later. Right now they are nominated for a Grammy, and I think that they have grown stronger and as a group. They’ve got two singles that are on the radio, and the fans are absolutely loving it, not to mention that they are the most listened to on Spotify for 2018 when Don’t Go Breaking My Heart came out on the radio waves and on Spotify! As I said before, through all of their ups and downs they are still here and they are going to be here for many many more years to come! And as for me, I have been a Backstreet Boys fan for 22 years since I was 6 I am 28 years old today and I still absolutely love love love the Backstreet Boys, when I am really really mad to the point where I want to hit something or throw something or scream, I just put on some Backstreet Boys and immediately start to calm down, because they and their music means a lot to me. I love you gentlemen!❤️❤️❤️💕💕💕💕💕💕❤️❤️❤️❤️ Thank you for opening up about your life.

I just love them so much! I got interviewed in the Philippines for a job here in the states, some 14 years ago and was asked the reason why I wanted to work in the US and my answer was to get closer to BACKSTREET BOYS! But my job required so much of my time plus a lot of issues going with my personal life and I believe I never got the chance to really glimpse any of their concerts! 😥 But last August 27, 2019- finally I got the opportunity to get to to see them perform Live during their #DNAWorldTour in Memphis, TN and I screamed at the top of my lungs as if I was gonna lose my voice. The amazing, exciting, thrilling feelings... heart racing so fast when they were about to come out of the stage. That was one of the few experiences I will never forget and will never trade in for anything in this world. The fangirling moments I will always be so proud! Thank you so much BSB! ❤️❤️❤️
