7:10 Glad you pick up the Matrix reference, the video was shot circa 2000 when Matrix trilogy and leather suits were all the rage. The video is not easy to digest (since they are not singing) but the song production top-tier, top 10 BSB song for sure.

This period in time this was released is very interesting musically. The boyband/Britney sound was starting to get sidelined by Hip Hop and R&B...much edgier sounds. And at the same time, you had the famous "Latin boom" with Ricky Martin, Enrique Iglesias, Shakira ect. I always felt like this album, and specially this song, tried to engulf everything that was popular at that moment in time...and it actually worked. They're on the record saying it's their least creatively satisfying album, but their producers definitely outdid themselves with this track IMO. I thought about these things as a 10 year old.

First guy was AJ McLean (the one in the sunglasses) then he changed into Brian Littrell who was the second guy and running through the store then he changed into Nick Carter and Nick runs to Howie Dorough's hotel room and Howie was the one who jumped out of the car and then Nick turns into Kevin Richardson. I thought I'd help you with who was who. I know you know them as the backstreet boys but don't know who is who. This is a cool song. It was actually the next one I'd planned to give you but Alex beat me to it.
