Saw these guys on Wednesday in Melbourne Australia. Their vocals are insane and they still got it, the cheography and dancing. I feel like they are the legends of a boy band. They all have such beautiful voices. AJ has such a killer voice in person, insane. Nick's tone is just beautiful. It's just so distinct and has this lovely depth and rasp now in this high range. They all did an awesome job and come across as so grateful and genuine that their fans are still rooting for them 30 years on.

I really like the fact that despite them being a senior band, they were able to keep up with the current music trends without losing their sound. Some artists come back after a hiatus either stick with the old formula and don't do well or totally change their style and lose that made people like them in the past. I`m 44 years old now but became a HUGE Backstreet Boys fan in 1997 when Backstreet`s Back was a music video, even have the behind the scenes videotape of this music video (extended version). And had videotaped the original version for myself, I`ve got double the comparison in case anyone disagrees with which version is better (well, both versions are the best). I`ll Never Break Your Heart has a second music video version and Spanish version, but the Canadian version is also good, as they frolicked in the snow with models on the mountain side in Canada (this was when Much Music in Canada broadcasted BSB all the time, I`ve videotaped every BSB concert done on T.V. every behind the scenes program of every music video, before they took a break in 2000, even BSB needed a break from show business, they`ve taken brief breaks since 2005 to get married and have children of their own (lol, they still tease AJ for having mostly girls and a lady in his household, the other BSB will have their chance at having baby girls someday too, I`m sure, but for now AJ is the butt of girl and lady jokes).
