The capital requirement for 25 size lot is higher. Obviously the profit will show up more. There is not point in normalizing the lot sizes for analysis.

it is more simple to add this in your backtest system, based on dates where lots size got changed . It is impossible to for individual to know keep track of lots size changes historically. Please fix this.
