Subgame perfection in the Centipede game. I wasn't terribly satisfied with the class discussion I (poorly) lead in class yesterday on subgame perfection in the centipede game so I've put this video together for my class. Might be of interest to others (explains connections between normal and extensive form games and also shows how to calculate subgame perfection in this simple game).
