Nice one! I have thought about picking up a smaller cargo carrier like that for my ATV for just around the yard and trail. The one I have is way too big & heavy with a ramp... good for hauling my snowblower around though. I agree with Q, should have it a little higher... might have to fabricate a gooseneck mount of some sort so make it work best. You're editing and video structure is evolving, great job. Nice area you've camped in, love the fall colors.

I never intended to use the hitch basket for the atv. But with it sitting there I thought why not I intend to raise it 4 inches. But I'm afraid it will be in the path of the exhaust. I will mess around with it. Thank for the compliments on my editing.

@@RobMillerATV Yeah that's my hesitation as well. They go on sale often at Princess Auto... if you're in flat ground, easy going trails where it is now it should work just fine. Just might need a splash shield or something to keep your gear "clean". It's a good idea, ain't knocking it! Glad to see someone else has done it or thought of it. Anyway, yeah no problem. I can see growth and I find it quite calming watching haha. I should get out for some solo rides... solo camps... could use that in my life haha.

I'm kinda in the same situation. My buddies go to a lodge and meet me somewhere on the trail. Way more fun to camp. Having that twig stove on the rack was totally safe. I had a pan to catch any thing that might fall out. Iv had many cook outs on that quad with zero issues. Just have to be mindful. And camping alone your always mindful. So why does it seem like none of the videos give a Location to where ATV Camping is taking place in the videos or if its a place the public is able to ATV camp? How to ATV camp? is one thing . Where to ATV Camp? is another. The reason people maybe watching videos like this one is for information where to ATV camp or maybe im missing it.

I don't have control on the search engines of KZbin. But I clearly said in this video where I was. When is "private land" ever considered open to the public? Pretty much answered all your questions. Any of my other video I say where I'm near. Use the crown land atlas and Google earth to find my camping spots. Or I drop pins on my phone if I see a good spot riding. It's like a good fishing spot. They are kept a secret for a reason. The last time I went to Kearney to my favorite spot someone had dumped a bunch of junk off. Dressers tv stands broken concrete. Another spot by bancroft someone dumped a load of shingles. So ya, my lips are sealed now.
