Backyard Bunjal Chicken & Dhall Puri on the Run

Bunjal chicken is a delicious filling in dhal puri or any roti, as a wrap . It is also excellent with dhal and rice. Lots of Guyanese also used it as a chaser when having drinks.(rum)
Backyard Bunjal Chicken
4 lbs chicken (seasoned overnight with salt, garlic powder black pepper & Oregano)
4 Tbsp Garam Masala
1 tsp curry powder (optional)
2 medium onions
15 clove Garlic
4 weri weri pepper
Oil to cook.
Salt to taste
Cilantro & Thyme (optional)

That amount of chicken can feed about fifteen people. It will go nice with cumin rice or rotie and some salad. Yum yum.
