This is a video of the features of my backyard roller coaster. The track dismantles into 10 ft. sections and the ride can be set up in any level space 20 ft. wide by 50 ft. long.. I like your front bogie (wheel assembly), and front yaw/roll pivot joint. It's similar to one I built for my grandkids this summer. I have some videos on my youtube channel. Did you come up with the design of the front wheel assembly, or did you see it somewhere? I'm thinking of building another. Would you mind if I use some of your ideas? I'm sure it works well, however it looks like your cart can take a "3D" track (banked curves and twisted track), but your track is 2D (no turns or banks). Are you going to make a more complex track? Your cart looks like it would work well on an "alpine coaster" -like track, going down a mountain side.

You all want to make an EASY ride? I made a 360 / looping swing back in May / June, took two months to complete (as I work too). Buy some pressure treated 2 X 2's, 4 of them to make the A frame, buy 2 pillow block bearings for a solid axle to go through both of them, & 2 thick aluminum poles. Bolt them up to the axle, you'll also need a small board to stand on at the bottom. I made my 360 / looping swing for 100 bucks. Look at others on youtube, get an idea! It's EASY! LOL I've had a blast going upside down over & over on my swing! =)
