Backyard Trail Camera: Armadillo Den, Natures Little Bulldozers

I put a trail camera on an active armadillo den. Got more than I bargained for. Baby armadillos and big rats hauling giant sticks. Fun stuff.

Great video!! We don't have arms follow up here in the buckeye state so it's fascinating to get to see them in the wild. They seem to be very content and all take turns gathering bedding! You seem to have quite a few opossums in your neck of the woods! The rat is one ambitious critter! I guess like any apartment complex you never.know who your next neighbor will be! Thank you so much for sharing!

Fantastic captures, if y’all had not captured the rat hauling sticks like a beaver I probably wouldn’t of believed it , really neat never seen a rat do that. The armadillo tongue reminds of of a lizard’s tongue. 👍 greatly enjoyed the video 👍
