Rik you are a legend. I'm gluten intolerant and have some tri-colour quinoa, but always wondered what to do with it. I love a good wrap and they are extortionate in the supermarket compared to the normal ones. Not to mention all the additional stuff added to make them not drop to bits. Life saver mate

Hi Rik! I have been on a very low carb diet for a year and lost 26kgs so far. I was excited to see this recipe for Quinoa wraps as Quinoa is high protein and low/no carb! I add it all my soups and salads but never thought to make pancakes. So this morning I made some and ‘wow’! Or as you would say ‘superb’ lol. I might try next time adding some dried cranberries or raisins and some apple! They are seriously good! Thank you so much for sharing 👌🙏

Put a plop of whatever you like on top of one, fold it so the "plop" don't fall on the floor when you pick it up - eat! Plops of stuff I like to use are egg salad, tuna salad, cold cuts w/tomato, lettuce and a splash of Italian salad dressing; scrambled eggs with or without sausage; Caesar salad w chicken strips - the sky is the limit.
