Just made this for a cake at last minute. My husband tasted it before it went off the hob and before it could cool had another two tablespoons 😂. It is soooo addictive! Thank you so much for this awesome recipe. Will never buy jar Caramel ever again!

Simple answer to that Les - its 40 degrees and the tins are on the shelf they change colour - normally lighter agreed - Best, Rik
