Koch-kocha is a traditional sauce prepared in Oromia region of Ethiopia. Radicchio -A member of the chicory family with red and white leaves. The round Verona variety is the most common in the US. Radicchio is also know as Treviso Pecorino cheese - In Italy, cheese that is made from sheep's milk is called pecorino. Pecorion cheese is and aged cheese that is hard, granular, and sharply flavored. Fenugreek-a white-flowered herbaceous plant of the pea family, with aromatic seeds that are used for flavoring, especially ground and used in curry powder Vadouvan- is dark and exotic, aromatic with herbs and spices. It can be sprinkled as a pungent final flourish to a dish, or used as the richly rounded main flavouring Crimini-These are closely related to common white mushrooms, but they're a bit more flavorful. Hey! I'm a spanish viewer and non of this words are spanish "cococha" was the closest one to something spanish and is the jowl of a hake (very soft and tasty!). Pecorino is an italian cheese, Treviso is a city in italy... None of the food is spanish neither, but everything looks tasty! You are great guys!
