Man, they still setup despite the hurricane. That is a bit insane. 😂 Just goes to show the spirit of the Bacolodnon though. Even in hardships, they can never take out our festivals. Happy Masskara!

Hi Mate, John in South Bacolod...our house in low area, other day our house had 3 foot water flood, luckily we had all our furniture raised up in time, am going to invest in a watertight door ( like a submarine). I enjoy your posts, let's share a pint someday (after Monsoon season!)

Several Venders at NGC lost everything. Wind tore their tents apart then some one came through and stole anything still usable. Great Protection guys.😢
