it's crazy how good bacon does with a bottom 3 character, pretty much anyone besides mac and ganon are viable in ultimate even if low and bottom tiers will probably hold you back. Crazy man :D

Dr. mario is a really strong character with faast moves that deal a lot of damage and combo nicely. He's almost a really good character. It's just that when he's bad he's terrible

I think hes high tier. Just outshines by Mario adv state but he easily has the same kill potential
