This was nowhere near what an omelette is supposed to look like, it was scrambled eggs and being blessed with the gift of sight it was obvious that the bacon was raw even though kay will swear blind it was cooked, but she doesn't take criticism at all well even when its the truth but you can't say its not great entertainment to watch, but we're not all good cooks and kay isn't teaching anyone how to cook shes showing people how she cooks .

Kay, I have a 3 important tips! #1 With cooking eggs, it's ok to have the heat a little higher. Cutting the mushrooms and bacon smaller would have been better. #2 Another really important tip is to cook thick pieces of bacon like that before the eggs, so it's properly cooked through because bacon takes longer then eggs. You can also use the oil from the bacon for the eggs. #3 With omelettes, you wait until the bottom is cooked and flip it like a taco.

Zero culinary principles employed. Cook what you Brits call bacon first. Cook the shrooms in bacon fat with salt n pepper. Add bacon back, add scrambled eggs, finish omelet on low heat with lid. Some cheese would be nice. Spices and herbs.

Kay I don’t know where some of your recipes come from but I have some tips!First is find good reviewed recipes on something like TasteOfHome or something similar, second is sauté your mushrooms before putting it in the egg,and your gonna want to follow recipes exact not modified exact cooking is a lot like chemistry in a way if you go off and do your own thing it might end up bad I know a few people who don’t use the right cooking measurements and wonder why they can’t bake,mistakes happen but it’s fixable with learning.Also please do not freeze your onion and other veggies it causes excess water which might ruin the dish.

If she's not trolling us all, it's hard to believe she has learned nothing about cooking in 50+++ years. Last time I checked, nearly every legitimate recipe on earth has detailed instructions and a picture of the end product. If I ordered an omelette in a restaurant, and they served me that, I would throat punch the cook. If I wasn't immediately un-alived from botulism and salmonella.

Hi Kay, I love your videos. Please can you make jalapeno popper bites. Here is the recipe - Ingredients - 4 stips of bacon, cooked and chopped 100 grams of breadcrumbs 200 grams of grated cheddar cheese, plus more for topping 2 large eggs 1 teaspoon of salt 1 teaspoon of pepper Butter for greasing 285 grams of cream cheese 4 jalapenos seeded and diced, plus 24 slices for topping. Preparation 1. In a large bowl, combine the breadcrumbs, cheddar cheese, eggs, ½ a teaspoon of salt, ½ a teaspoon of pepper and mix well. 2. Grease a 24 cup mini muffin tray and fill each with a heaping tablespoon of the breadcrumb mixture. Press into the fan firmly to form wells. Set aside. 3. In another large bowl, combine the cream cheese, bacon, diced jalapenos, ½ a teaspoon of salt and ½ a teaspoon of pepper. 4. Preheat the oven to 190 degrees 5. Fill the breadcrumb wells with 2 tablespoons of the cream cheese mixture. Top each with a bit of grated cheddar cheese and a jalapeno slice. 6. Bake for 10 minutes or until the cups are golden brown.
