J Billz Thanks brotha J. I appreciate your kind words. Yup the injection was another flavor profile and also to add some fat content interiorly. The bacon definitely will help to keep it moist but tenderloins can be dry after you cook it pass the 170 mark. Especially when you are trying to find the sweet spot between crispy bacon and pork done at 165/170 lol. Thanks for watching brotha. Cheers and keepbbqing

Hey Teresita thanks for your questions. You can cook pork tenderloins on pretty much anything. If you have a weber kettle you can use the indirect cooking method to smoke it. Also you can cook it in the oven as well. You can use the same temps as on the pit boss. The bottles of seasonings that I use I got those from Walmart and you can also order them from amazon. Hope this helps. Thanks for watching. Good luck on your cook. Cheers and keepbbqing.

Before we talk bbq, I have to say this...your buddy Carson Wentz pulled it out!!! My Chiefs and Mahomes started out well, cooled off then finished strong. Jags backup QB played well. Chiefs knocked out your ex-Super Bowl champion MVP QB Nick Foles (Eagles traitor) lol! Enough “foolsball”! I’m gonna definitely try this recipe.....my “better” half likes tenderloins so it’s right up her alley. I have a question maybe you might know what I’m doing wrong when it comes to ribs. I “used” smoke/cue a mean rack of ribs but here later I’ve been having problems. When the ribs are done and you take a bite you DON’T get a clean bite. The top of the ribs ( I guess the bark) comes off in its in chunks. It doesn’t matter if I cook it fast 300-350deg or low and slow, wrapped or unwrapped. Even on the Pit Boss. Do you have any suggestions....HELP!!!

Big Red Hey brotha Red! The first week of the football season was crazy!!! The blowouts with the browns/dauphins to a.b. Going to cheating patriots also with the Rape charges smh. This week should be another wild one. Especially with my eagles taking those falcons out lol. As far as the ribs i can advise on some few things. 1st, if you have the time try the 321 or the 221 methods and probe it for tenderness after the 3rd or 4th hour. 2nd, after the 2nd or 3rd hour depending on the color of the ribs try wrapping them with heavy duty aluminum foil and add parkay liquid butter to help steam them up. Also probe them to get the correct tenderness you like. 3rd, cook the ribs at 275/300 this is my sweet spot to cook ribs. Not to hot or too cool. However you can try a hot and fast method like i did. If you go my videos i did a.1 hour ribs video and use it as guide. Hope this helps brotha Red. Let me know if this helps if not we’ll go back to the drawing board. Thanks for watching brotha and sorry for the late reply. Cheers and keepbbqing
