BACT/ALERT VIRTUO: How to Handle an Error 41 Robot Jam

The purpose of this video is to demonstrate how to handle an Error 41 Robot Jam on the BACT/ALERT VIRTUO.
Steps include:
- Viewing the error message on the BACT/ALERT VIRTUO
- Opening the BACT/ALERT VIRTUO and looking for any fallen bottles
- Checking the Robot Gripper and moving the robot gripper to the home position
- Rebooting the instrument, clearing all errors before loading bottles
