Is it possible to make a time lapse video of bacteria turning milk into yogurt?
@diymicrobiology3782 жыл бұрын
Yes you can.
@koushiksarkar63762 жыл бұрын
@@diymicrobiology378 Actually I meant is it possible under the microscope? And will it be interesting to look at?
@diymicrobiology3782 жыл бұрын
@@koushiksarkar6376 You can watch bacteria grow under microscope for sure, like in this video kzbin.info/www/bejne/qIrNopeka56mrtE But I don't know if it will be interesting to watch since you will not know milk becoming yogurt under microscope. Maybe by adding indicator into milk will allow you to see the acid that produced by the bacteria? I never try that before so I am not sure if it's going to work.

Amazing, I recently bought a camera 5 mp, usb 2. I didn’t like it’s range of view it was quite small. So I got an adapter for my iPhone 13 wich is great, but one problem I’m having is at higher magnifications I get these rings in the videos almost like onion rings, and I realised sone blotches of dark area that is from dirt on the lenses, how can I reduce this 🤔 thank you

I just try with the food color I have, the result is no. But I think that depend on the food color compound, so you have to try yours.

How does Bacteria cause sickness? Is it an accident/ by product of they just living in out body or is it nefarious
@diymicrobiology3782 жыл бұрын
Bacteria cause disease with many mechanism called virulence factor, but only 26% of bacteria cause disease.
@warrax1112 жыл бұрын
They cause sickness because of toxins they produce. Some are not toxic, some are. If they start to multiply rapidly, and body would not try to stop them, it would poison the body, and cause death. So body usually raise temperature, you feel bad and weak. You need to wait, till immune system will take it under control. That is sickness.

I found this video because I am trying to find out if tinned food has killed all the bacteria living in the food
@Microbehunter2 жыл бұрын
It is correct that some metals reduce the growth of microorganisms, but only there where they have direct contact with the metal or its ions. Many tin cans also are coated inside with plastic so that the metal does not affect the food.
