Is bactoprenol the only way Lipid II can move from the cytoplasm to the periplasm in gram-positive bacteria? Or is there an analog of MurJ (the flippase in gram-negative bacteria that moves Lipid II into the periplasm) in gram-positive bacteria that helps bactoprenol in Lipid II movement?
