Thanks for your explanation! But im confused abt bacteria exponential growth. Why 2^6 when n is no. of generation?

A bacterium divides into two daughter cells. If it would divide 6 times it would produce 2 cells everytime, therefore, after 6 generations, it shall be 2⁶ or (2^n).
