I have a doubt Whichever research article I've read ,says that bacteriocins are ribosomally produced, but you classified bacteriocin into three types depending on the type of production Please help.

Some are ribosomally produced, some are not. While still deriving from aminoacids. As I understand it :)

E.coli is a g- bacteria so how it can produce bacteriocin?as we Know that bacteriocin is produced only by g+ bacteria.... pls answer

G- bacteria can also produce bacteriocin , actually the first bacteriocin discovered was from G- bacteria which is colicin
