Hi there , I have a few questions. 1. D type visa validly starts from the day you enters Romania or the date it is granted? 2. Can you start working part time before you receive your TRC . 3. Will there be a problem if you dont receive your TRC before your visa expires. If your documents are uploaded in the system and still finger print is not done , are you safe ?

Hello, the visa is just a document that offers you access in the country. So you should use it before the time runs out. You can work right after you get a work permit and enter the country and you later get TR based on your work agreement. And yes, your visa might expire if you get a later appointment, but it should be ok. Especially if you show you tried to follow the deadlines and it was not your fault.

Hello, gud evening.....I am a residence in Qatar and I'm planning to go Romania to work. So my question is if my sponsor here in Qatar will not cancel my residency for a while even if I resigned and already have working visa in Romania. Is it a problem for me or in the immigration? Romanian Immigration is the worst immigration among all the EU countries. People come here with hope and to work. Companies don't follow the labour law. even they force to work in world labour day. halirious. any worker can not work freely even you have TRC. you need NOC, release letter bla bla. very complicated to change work.

@@RRPartnersBucharest Adica tone de imigranti ilegali care ne urasc cultura si traditia si traiesc in comunitati separate si ostile. Am trait zece ani in UK si in Franta si am vazut la ce duc astfel de actiuni. Mereu se incepe ca “hai primeste si tu 10000 de imigranti pentru forta de munca, nu te afecteaza cu nimic” si, inainte sa te poti dezmetici, imigrantii devin majoritati in orasele mari, te scuipa, te injura si comit peste 50% din crime.
