That reminds me of "The Legend of Spyro: Dawn of the Dragon" in the cut scene where Malefor takes control of Cynder and forced her to attack Spyro. While she's attacking him she's yelling "Fight back! Why won't you fight back?" And Spyro responds, "Because you've left me nothing to fight for," Which snaps Cynder out of it and they join forces once again.

@@averyflatt2616 I miss the days when art, music, and stories could express sadness/depression/etc without being labeled as "edgy" just for not being about smiles, puppy farts, and rainbows. The word has been misused and overused the same way epic was, and has just as little meaning as a result. "Edgy" was typically applied to things that were an exaggerated form of sadness/depression/etc that is done in an attempt to be "cool". The lyrics of bad apple aren't edgy, because they're still well within the realm of something someone might actually think, feel, and/or experience, and it makes no effort to portray those things as something "cool". "Devil Trigger" is a good example off the top of my head of what "edgy" lyrics are like.

or purist who hate the 2009 version of bad apple which is the ft nomico (however its spelled) cause there is an acual original, yes hard to believe for you i know, the ft nomico version is a damn remix, which caught on because of how it was normalised, same fucking notes over and over again, in the late 90's, zun (creator of touhou) made the first 5 touhou games were made, in touhou 4 (lotus land story) the stage 3 boss (elly) appears, she is a gate keeper her theme? bad apple (alarently theres some conection between her and rotton apples or someting) this bad apple is the original bad apple. in 09 aksuki records made a remix of this underrated song and it caught on, yet few people looked at the original bad apple, which difenantly is not the norm, usally a remix gets the normies attention and the original gets some of that trafic, yet that didnt happen

I took a look into the original now and sure, it's a catchy video game song, but unless you are very hardcore-stubborn you wouldn't prefer it over new adaptions. I know how it's like to enjoy old video game music, I am in love with the Mega Man X themes, Commando on C64 etc. But yeah, on a regular basis I would listen to a good remix rather than the original. The ft Nomico remix is not only good, it's brilliant. It's one of the best remixes I have come across so far.

Was reading through the comments and I really enjoyed the stories so let’s all make one really big one, combining everyone’s visions and seeing what happens :))) Ps. Use time markers and don’t take too much of a chunk so other people can have a go at it- I’ll start- 0:00 - 0:48 The battlefield is riddled with thousands of dead bodies, the main character stands frozen in the middle of it all, covered in blood. The sword he’s carrying, ridden with blood as it drips off it too. The boy looks up as rain starts to drip from the sky as if the world has abandoned him. His comrades dead, every single one of them, he dreams back of all of them.. the memories and the moments that had let up to this moment... “why me-...why was I left alone once again....-“ his voice breaks as the silence engulfs everything but suddenly a footstep from behind comes forth....

I tried to rearrange the lyrics to fit the melody of this version. Some of the lines are completely new because none of the original (well, original English) ones fit quite right, but hopefully they still have the same tone as the rest. The ones you once held dear turned their backs on you in a way you won't imagine. Can they still change? You have to continue on. The world is counting on you. And much more, you aren't alone.. the relatives of your friends, those who've also been preparing tp counter their plan backs you up as a grandiose battle takes place. At least that's what history would say. It wasn't for you. You dive deep in the heart of the battle, where you find yourself encountering your former friends, now unrecognizable with their twisted grins and their garb all different. The memories of that day rushed through your head. You can't bring yourself to fight them but you have to. They didn't care, nonetheless. And so, the clashing of blades began. In each exchange of steel against steel, memories of the fun you shared with them came back. Where did it all go wrong? What led them to go down that path? So many questions that are left unanswered. You had enough courage to take them down after coming to terms that they're.not who they once we're and that they have to be put down for good. And alas, the battle is won and you have slain them. Your side of the battle cheered on. Victory is yours. The world is saved. However.. You find yourself staring at your former friend's corpse. What decision would you have took to avoid this situation? While it's a win for the battle, it was a loss for you. A loss of someone whom you ounce considered your friend. Truly, it was a defeat of your mental spirit. Would you be able to recover from such an event, not to mention you slain your own friend? Most would agree, but only you know if you can recover from such an event.
