Bad Boss Snatches Wig Off New Black Employee. Then This Happens

Kiana Wilson is very excited as she is starting her first day at a new job. Despite being impeccably dressed, her boss, Gary Davis, takes umbrage with her outfit on day one and mentions something to human resources. Then the next day as Gary walks by Kiana's desk, he issues her an official warning about her appearance. When Kiana reviews the dress code with Mr. Davis and vows that she is complying. Nevertheless, Gary feels that she is being subordinate and decides to snatch the wig off of Kiana's head. Unfortunately for Mr. Davis, the CEO of the company, Mrs. Roberts, sees the entire incident first hand.

I agree with the mother 100%. What he did was definitely malfeasance and assault. 8:12 He surely assaulted her when he pulled her wig off of her head. He had absolutely zero right to do that to her whatsoever. He broke a very serious rule in terms of treating people with respect. I am so glad he got fired. He got what he deserved. Evidently, he didn't look up the definition. Malfeasance is doing an act with intent. She didn't do anything, intentionally or otherwise. He did by grabbing her wig, and that's assuming it was a wig. It could have been a weave, which is attached or blessed to have her own hair grow like that. And she could still sue, not only for assault but the the same malfeasance he was trying to be "high pollutant" on!

He was also showing racist vibes due to Kiana being black, while she was being the professional one here!!! Judging her by looks and color will get Gary dismissed from the job, should it reach HR's ears!!! The CEO will drop in herself and hear both sides of the altercation, someone is about to be sacked!!! I can relate to this, I wasn’t assaulted but the dress code issue. I’m very professional but it was always brought to my attention that whatever I was wearing was not work appropriate. I’m unsure of how blouses, slacks, dress pants and heels are unprofessional but that was my life at that place of employment. I also was the only person who received random drug tests (laughable). Then I was fired for no reason and they had 6-7 men at the desk as the women who fired me told them to expect this black woman to attack them. I simply said well if I’m fired then I’ll leave. The whole group dropped their mouths in disbelief. I heard a couple of the men say, she just accepted it and didn’t argue or anything like they really expected me to jump over the desk or something. Unfortunately racism is here to stay.

My outcome: On the day he was fired, Gary tried to get revenge against Kiana by breaking into her car and planting drugs, in a act to make a false statement to the police. But his plan backfired when his actions were caught on security cameras and the responding officer turned out to be Kiana’s husband, Captain James Porter. This lead to Gary being arrested on the spot and being sentenced to thirteen years in prison.
