Extremely old video… sweetest dog I’ve ever owned - she was already self punished and guilty here. No discipline needed and never really needed with her (the destroyed couches/furniture kinda sucked - but, a bit of separation anxiety is definitely the case and we tried everything). She just wanted to be next to me (us) 24/7. I really miss her.

My bostie just passed away a few days ago. I had him since I was 11 years old and I'm almost 30 now. He lives to be 16. He was such a good boy! He would do the self punishment thing, too 😂 I wasn't sure if that was a Boston thing or a Coby thing.

My Boston Lizzy doesn't tear anything up when I am gone, she does it when I am home with her but not giving her 100 percent of my attention. So the things she has chewed on I leave them in their respective spots so she just keeps chewing on the same rug and same shoes. She is my ❤️ love her more than I do the rug and shoes lol.

Please don’t be mean to the sweet baby. Time goes by too quickly and there gone. In the whole scheme of things what they mess up playing is worth the love they give us. And there are too many mistreated and abused ones now. He loves you so much. Forgive him dad and love him.

I have a Boston and a pug. My Boston is actually pretty well behaved, but this is why my pug can't have nice things. She had torn every bed we bought for her into pieces. Why? I don't know. But when we gave her a basic blanket, she was a saint. These little dogs a strange beings.

Separation Anxiety, I ts c ommon in Bostons, when are alone too long. My Cali girl dog did sometime..T h ey need a Buddy and lots of Love. Thanks for sharing.plc

That’s why we bought a 2nd… of course they still have that anxiety. And you are right. But, it does help that they can entertain each other. We both worked so had to have a regular dog sitter visit. It is the reality of owning a dog like a Boston. Edit: can’t leave them outside because they aren’t very tolerant of cold or heat. Very special dogs but there is a owner responsibility of them!
