That’s what makes this first film so special. The suspense in the scene had everyone on the edge of their seats and the look Julie had when she saw Fouchet and his gang right in front her, knowing she’s in trouble and knowing she needs Marcus and Mike’s help. The other two didn’t feel like that, just straight up action comedy. The first one is mixed with suspense and action comedy.

Cuando yo era niño de 12 años, fuí al cine a ver esta película con mi mejor amigo. Recuerdo que gracias a esta película, Michael Bay consiguió captar toda mi atención. Me quedé totalmente enamorado de esta película y durante años estaba totalmente obsesionado. Años más tarde, cuando sacaron Bad Boys 2 fuí con el mismo amigo a verla. Y aún me quedé más asombrado. Desde entonces, cada cosa que hace Michael Bay no me lo pierdo. Bay es sinónimo de acción, adrenalina y se nota que cada escena de acción lo graba meticulosamente, sin cometer ningún fallo. Ese movimiento de cámara que hace cuando Will Smith y Martín Lawrence se levantan del suelo, y se ponen de pié, es sencillamente épico y es una escena muy característica de las películas de Bay.

When Julie was about Leave when She realized that Marcus and Mike pretended to be Each other but Fouchet and His men showed up and they took her so they did a foot chase when fouchet almost killed Marcus while he was driving a Stolen cab

Marcus and Mike only pretended to be each other, because Mike wasn’t available when Julie asks for him. So Marcus has to pretend to Mike. So, they were pretend whole time in the entire movie. Until the point Julie fingers out who is who, since she doesn’t know what Mike looks like. She only knows that her best friend knew him.
