I'm Dominican and i can 100% verify that drake is speaking spanish as if he's fluent in it. He is saying the pronunciation correctly and is speaking it appropriately, for someone who can "barely" speak a word in spanish, he is sounding very fluent. Also why does he keep appearing in front of the puerto rican flag? He could have been filmed standing anywhere but he chose to stand in front of the puerto rican flag. Drake spanish there is 99% perfect in pronunciation and fluidity. But like most of these other artist that do songs in in another language they simply practice and and memories there part, its not that the went and learned the language and can speak it. Aakon, Beyonce, and Will Smith are one of the few that actually can speak spanish fluently. Cardi B and Tekashi arent fluent spanish speakers (they just have hispanic family members).
