You’re doing a great job! That’s what is so special to so many of us 70s & 80s is it seems to have been the time where there was a convergence of everything! There was still disco around, and punk, and funk, and rock, and r & b, etc , but then these genres also mixed to bring out new sounds & entirely new genres! It was an exciting time! No music was “wrong”-they were trying it all! It wasn’t a “race” thing & it wasn’t a sex thing. It was just fun & you could love it all & different music made you feel a different way. It was the soundtrack of our lives, tbh & hopefully not too cheesy! It was just everything!

Many years ago, I remember going to see this amazing band play and I was just blown away by Paul Rogers' wonderful rock/bluesy soul voice and the love never stopped. Bad Company was one of the UK's greatest rock bands of that time, and although the band 'aint together any more, I believe Paul Rogers is still very much a major rock singer in his own right. She'd never heard of them & asked what songs they did.
