The opening song pursuit of liberty .....seems like we're traveling back to mazzinar I have been to that concentration camp in Long pine California kind of gives you the chills walking that hollow grounds knowing what happened there very sad what a great song good work

I think the most chilling part of visiting Manzanar is the fact it was known as a refugee camp for a long time before finally being labeled a War Relocation Camp, even though it was truly a concentration camp, whereas nazi camps were death camps. It's also extremely shocking how fast they tore down Manzanar and made it disappear, selling off all the structures. They want to bury that memory. The memorial is really moving and walking through the rooms and seeing the patriotic tests they did, it's just scary how much people just accepted that that was going on. There were so many other camps.
