Still i don't understand why many doesn't invest in dashcam. 3 times it has saved me from fines. 2 times to register complaint who were teaching me rules. 2 times accident cause which one time it involved with two bulls fighting and ended hitting on my car so i registered a complaint against Municipal Corporation of my city in which they had to write me a check with previous all repairs along with litigation charges & mental agony. 😊

Good luck to you brother, just my opinion - technically parts damaged in recovering / towing are not covered under insurance but in cause of accident if you mention the same that after rsa arrived and for the purpose of traffic management police put the hydra to use which made dents along with your actual cause of accident .

Very unfortunate, good to see you are safe…but mujhe lagta hai ki is tarah ki mehngi gaadiyo main atleast yeh technology honi chahiye ki company ke call centre ke systems pe auto detect hoke yeh dikhe ki kaun kaun si cheez damage hui hai , auto SOS call ke saath…. So that the customer doesn’t get to answer these things and instead of him getting frustrated he actually gets “help” Imagine a call going to Saurabh bhai saying, SOS detected accident, we can see these are the things damaged and we know you will need RSA, which is on the way already since they will have the location from sos. I think that will make the amount spent more worth.
