Dude please be careful at situations like 2:52 because people are sooooo stupid and I'm glad you noticed them pulling out! People do that shit to me all the time here in Nashville and they act like they did nothing wrong because it's basically driving culture here to pull out into the middle turn lane to go left if traffic is too heavy, and they want to slide in the center lane ahead of me. They seriously don't understand that I have right of way. If I honk, they usually honk back at me. Crazy.

1:57 that's not against the law... he was past the line (ie. IN the intersection) when the light turned yellow.

If he had stopped where he was, he would've been blocking the walking path for pedestrians. I asked a cop about this before; there are three lines... the first is where vehicles are to stop, once you are past that first line, you are in the intersection and cannot block it. People are not allowed to back up once in the intersection, so he did the right thing by going forward.
