But the cammer did a pretty good brake check, which caused the silver car to swerve that violently. The cops would probably charge them for that, unless it was shown there was something happening in front to cause the heavy braking.

Hi Jay no you have gotten a little confused , 1 it was a single Lane road so you can't keep left! 2 when it does become a two Lane Rd and prior the whole road is a 60 KMH zone so the keep left rule does not apply so the dash Cam driver did nothing wrong !

@@ScottsCarcameras I don't expect you to understand the annoyance until you have to drive in Perth and on a daily basis have to put up with tossers who go straight for the right lane and hold up other traffic because the speed limit is below 90 (and when it's also above 90 too) and they think they're entitled to sit there when they have no reason to. If you aren't turning or overtaking, keep left regardless of the speed limit.

@@ScottsCarcameras I have driven in Sydney many times and the drivers there are nothing compared to Perth, there is truly some abhorrent driving here in Perth (unable to merge, right lane hogging, inability to give way, tailgating [although I believe most of this is due to the right lane hogging and people being fed up with others who refuse to move left], and the list goes on). If you don't need to be in the right lane, you shouldn't be regardless of what the speed limit is.

Well ill take your word for it on perth drivers haven't driven there , but re right lane no its a misconception that the right lane it to be left open and you must stay left , people think there are slow and fast lanes and you should only be in a right lane if speeding or passing , no all lanes are there to be filled and used for all reason , the keep left only applies to certain roads but people push that idea on all road s, have 1000 cars in a left lane 60 zone and 1 car speeding in a right lane doesn't help anyone :)
