Single National curriculum only *defines* "What is the baseline knowledge" that a student must posses at a certain grade level. It has nothing to do with delivery. I am not sure if it includes assessment.

I wonder who are causing the problem, I wonder who has to think about changing the education system so that it produces intellectual rather than Laborers for the 1st world countries. OH! I know it's the people who sit on powerful decision making seats of the country, they send their own children outside the country with our looted money and keep us deprived as per by their master orders. This is another way of reaping benifits from countries such as Pakistan. Don't let it progress in any sector. Just keep it enough so that countries from the west can easily manipulate it from behind the scenes with the help of few pets they feed. A brilliant plan.
