Because the larger the price than the percentage increase will be larger and you’ll be able to buy less and less bitcoin. Say at 50k btc goes up %10 then that’s a 5k increase but a 10% increase on 100k is $10k and that’s how as price goes up you can buy less and less bitcoin with same dollar amount
