Also unless it's true that she confronted him and confessed in unaired footage of VPR that they still have, it's a he said she said thing. There really is no evidence to say she didn't know it was being recorded. And Tom technically didn't distribute it either. Ariana sent it to herself so she would have the evidence to confront her. Not sure if that can be classed as distributing it but again, Rachel is saying she sent it to other people. Unless people have come forward and told her they received it and said they would go to court for her, it's again a she said she said situation. I'm very curious to see how this plays out.

She can SAY she didn't know all she wants unless she has physical proof of him admitting he did she won't be able to win a court case. A video call MAY be overheard by anyone close enough to the caller. The word "may" is a very important legal term when it comes to the law.
