Poor Choekyi, Pemas first daughter. She was with her father walking, and walking and walking. Poor girl has hunger. But senseless father pulling her everywhere on her small feet. Father doesn't even have some fruits with them. Not even Biscuits or Water. I find it full torture for small child.

Ice it. Wrap the ice in a plastic and then pillow over. Wrap it sound the fractured site. Keep the foot elevated- higher than your heart. Keep moving your toes, bend your knees- as it could lead to blood clot. Wish you a speedy recovery!
