ive never had issues like that except 1 item on EBay, 2 boxes shipped to the same customer, 1 arrived for authentication, passed and sent onward to the customer and the other box never made it to the authentication center (last stop was a mile or 2 from the center) so basically the 2nd item was opened by the carrier, but neither myself or the customer were out of pocket, but it does happen. for expensive items its always worth buying an Apple AirTag and attaching it to the item in the box, then you can track it independently of the Carriers tracking #

I tried to sell some zebra 350 v2 on stock x and they sent them back. No explanation why even after talking to customer service. They were absolutely no help. I have receipts that what I purchased was authentic a long with the fact I never sold anything fake. Yet they said it failed.

goat sold me a pair of AJ4 midnight navy with an actual hole in it. about 0.5mm in diameter. it was a new item without defects. took 3-4 months and getting my bank involved for them to even reply to me. never had a problem with them before but im done now.

I think when you sell to stockx you film it or take pics and possibly with something that expensive should have Id numbers or hide the info but I've had several shoes stolen that I had shipped and bought but it's weird they all made it to Atlanta and then disappeared after arriving in Atlanta !!!

Can’t blame StockX for someone stealing your bogs while in transit. That’s a UPS issue and StockX as stated can’t do anything about that.. insurance is based on the value of the item, so I can tell you StockX (and no one else for that matter) would be insuring a goyard bag. That’s on the seller to acquire. and while I know having something stolen sucks.. other people have goyard bags. They are not one of one items and you can’t just randomly assume that cause a bag was sold recently that it was your bags. Again StockX is not going to stop everytime a sell happens cause someone thinks it’s an item that was stolen from them.. they would be doing that forever lol. But hopefully the person kept record of the serial numbers and hopefully StockX keeps a record of them as well.

⁠@@VisceralCarbon….Did you not see that the description on the packaging label was on the box shipping TO Stock X ? NOT from Stock X shipping the box back to the seller ! So it’s obvious the bags were stolen out of the box by a UPS employee and then Stock X received an empty box which is why they denied it because the contents are missing and they even took a pic of the box they received ripped open , so obviously Stock X did not put a description on an empty box being shipped back to seller ! And did you see that the seller listed the price of items being shipped at $2,000 on the shipping label but then failed to get insurance on it ? Along with the description saying handbags it’s no wonder a UPS employee stole the contents !

@@fareastmanside no it’s not StockX problem. That’s why police INVESTIGATE such matters lol. StockX is not responsible for determining if an item is stolen. They are responsible for keeping a record however. This is why when you got to places like a sneaker shop or a pawn shop/etc they want your information in order to accept what you are selling them. This is what serial numbers are for and that’s why I said hopefully this person kept a record of those serials. If not, it’s a wrap. Again, you can just go around claiming every goyard bag you see is yours. You need to be able to refer to the serial.
