Dear Sir, I would like to highlight a very crucial point regarding BSNL. For the last 15 days, we have been facing issues with BSNL SIM cards not registering, especially for roaming users. When I approached the BSNL office executive to address this issue, he informed me that they are unable to check details of SIM cards from other states. He advised me to go to Uttar Pradesh and obtain a new SIM card. I am unable to comprehend why I would need to travel from Gujarat to UP just to get a new BSNL SIM card. How can we trust in BSNL if such facilities are not provided at local offices? Thank you for your attention to this matter.
