My thing with shakur is he always sounds bitter and he talks a big game pre fight and then when he fight he just running around the ring trying to win off points, that fight against de los santos was luckluster af, shakur got that amateur fight style but he talk like he knockin shit out 🙄

The only time Shakur fights are somewhat entertaining is if he fights someone totally outmatched or they're the aggressor. If Valdez or Yoshino wouldn't have been aggressive they would have been boring fights too.

You mentioned Shakurs short term logic when he rather get a big check guaranteed but isn’t getting promoted right I think his entire mindset is short term thinking. The fact that he doesn’t understand that to get to the money you gotta PUT ON A SHOW and care about how the fans feel, tells me he will continue to prefer guaranteed money and continue to not care about the fans cause he’s happy w his 3 million checks rather than reaching Tank level or even Haney and making 10+ million in a fight BTW Artem is a good body puncher. If he hits him a few times I see Shakur going back to cautious fighting and winning like 9-3 but the fight was closer than the scorecards tell
