I hate concerts now a days everyone is holding a fuckin phone in their hand instead of moshing and having a good time....people always have to point out "OH I WAS THERE LOOK AT ME", Take a look at Killswitch engage end of heartache from years ago and not a phone in sight and that was the best crowd ever.

Actually, I was on the first ever concert in my life 2 months ago and i also recorded big part of it but i can't fully agree with you. Now i can revise all that day and it's pretty good, so there's just a difference it people's goal)♥

I go fucking off at concerts and when I take a little break I sometimes record it but never post it (except one video where the singer was aboth us).... mostly I use it for my own journey so when I get older I can watch the videos back and see what a great time I had

Your idea of a good time might be different from someone else. Even though I love this type of music I never liked moshing and found it annoying, you are trying to enjoy the show and at the same time you have to avoid a bunch of people throwing punches and kicks to the air and pushing each other. Also, whats the problem with the recording, its good to have some recorded memories to look back later on, and if I paid good money to be there Im definitely gonna have at least some pictures. I went to a WWE event, and even though the show was televised and available online, I still took pictures and videos of it and its fun looking back at those memories from my pov. Btw, I noticed the video you mentioned from Killswitch Engage was professionally recorded, a lot of times when these live shows are gonna be recorded like that phones are prohibited. I looked at other videos from them at the same year (2013) and there were a lot of phones recording in the crowd. At the end of the day, we are able to see many of these live events experiences thanks to the fans who recorded.
