I don't fully agree with the conclusion. However, the law is the only reason why the plaintiff wins is because she definitely started it by posting a nasty picture of the girl online, knowing she did it with mal intent considering she had the girl blocked from her page. She just didn't say her name, so the girl retaliated but mentioned her name. I don't think that she was ungrateful at all and she should be given credit for her speech and saying thank you to them publicly. Mathis should've really took into account that the plaintiff started it the internet disrespect but only won because she didn't mention her name. The plaintiff started off crazy and I wish the defendant was heard a little more.

I can say the plaintiff is beautiful and strong 💪🏾!! I would have whooped the defendant's a** for that defamation she posted on social media about her 🫨👊🏽!! I believe the defendant was envying her. Why the hell would you do that to someone who helped you not to become homeless 🤷🏽‍♀️. Omg 😢 I helped so many family members and friends out. It's like you wouldn't think no one would do such harm to you when your doing it out of love 🤔. I been there, and it's the least people you wouldn't expect that are 🐍 snakes and try to stick around so you can be down, like them smh. You all be careful out there 👀 By the grace of God.....I just sit back and wait while he does the work and fix it with "KARMA" 💯 😊.

Because in bringing me in her home ( for about 2/3 weeks) she felt as if she “raised” me or was building me into being like her . I was homeless only 6/7 months before finding housing , and got a job only the 2nd week of me living with her . I left to a shelter to get my life together and this girl got upset because we weren’t talking on the phone often or I wouldn’t want to go to clubs ( idk maybe because I was staying in a dmn SHELTER 🤣💯

Am i thee only one who feels that ones STD status should only be known by the people involved and your healthcare provider? I'd be beyond embarrassed to reveal to my friend that i have a STD . That would definitely be something that I'd take to the grave with me and never tell a family member or friend.
