Bad Religion is the most consistently good punk band ever. Harmonically they are like The Beach Boys of punk rock but with the longevity of a band like The Rolling Stones.

Bad religion is still my favorite band since I was 18. They are the Rolling Stones of Punk but better. Geffen is a lyrical genius. How he can still write great music after all these years is a testament to that genius. To me he is lyrical melodic prodigy. He is basically a modern day Mozart. So underrated it's not even funny.

OFF!, Jello Biafra and the Guantanamo School of Medicine, Bad Religion, and Black Flag with Mike V are bands that prove punk is not dead. In fact it has aged well. I was born 1995 and it's my favorite genre still. Never gets old.

@@jaek4489 We don't know everything, keeping a band together is extremely difficult, I lost 2 of my closest friends because the drummer was always drunk and on speed, and the other one because he was sick of practicing and the seriousness and I was too young and immature and had my own problems with ADD and doing everything except taking care of my problem; I was a real asshole, because I didn't know why I was so insecure and I felt I had to be mean in order to not have anyone hurt my feelings first or fuck with me. They are do for one. In this atmosphere, I think they thrive. It feels like the 1980s political landscape has morphed and found its way to the 21 century. When I listen to Candidate, I hear a renewed energy, like they have been through a form of this already; they're the smartest band and the best suited for rebellious music cause the words mean something. They definitely know what they're talking about.

@AngrierGorilla4 жыл бұрын
@roarboy4 жыл бұрын
@AngrierGorilla4 жыл бұрын
