They say "Sex" but for him to turn bad, I thnk he has to be in love with the girl he has sex with... He slept with Buffy he turned, He slept with Nina and the Darla, and he did not turn because he is not in love with them. They made him think he slept with Cordy, and he turned.

Even if he doesn’t lose his soul bad things still happen when he has sex. In the show it resulted in Connor and the end of the show. Also, in the comics, it led to the death of a truly beloved character.

ryder mccall how is having Connor a bad thing? When Connor was born Darla told angel that making Connor was the one good thing they ever did together before she sacrificed her life to give birth to him; they both loved him. he ended up having a better life his parents ever had or wish they had; he was superhuman half demon; a super hero for mankind

Stephanie Musse I personally wasn’t a big fan of him, he seemed to bring more harm than good: Sinking Angel in the ocean, joining Jasmine, and having a relationship with Cordellia.

ryder mccall yea he did those things like trying to kill his father because he was Kidnapped by Holtz. I think went down to hell as an infant and taught to hate his father but he later reconciled with his father; even calling him “Dad”

@sandalaris im not exactly sure, but i think ever since angel and angelus fought in that weird drugged state, i dont think angelus can come back that way. im not exactly sure though, but heres how i figured: he didnt lose his soul to nina, he was willing to have buffy back, because when he visited her in sunnydale they were talking about it and then in s5 in the girl in questions he was upset because he was supposed to have her when she was "done baking" but again im not completly positive

@therrran There was a spell that made Angel (and the audience in connnection) think he did so he'd lose his soul. They never slept together, but he has all the memories that they did.

actually angel and cordelia never actually slept together it was all in his head. the guy needed to make him lose his soul to get information from angelus and then he was in the cage so they could give him his soul back.

Actually when he slept with Darla it wasn't a bad thing it may seem odd to say this but it was a good thing, he ended up having a miracle child when he slept with Buffy it was bad because he turned to the evil Angelus

Poor Angel. No sexy times for him. I also felt really bad for Nina, sure she could sleep with him and he didn't go all evil/grrry, but isn't that kind of a bad sign? He went evil with Buffy because he loved and truely deeply cared for her, but not with Nina or Darla because he doesn't care for either of them that deeply.
