If you are getting dizzy that easy than you should get your body checkup done because fasting for 14-18 hours or even a day is normal you shouldn't feel dizzy and that too when you have eaten fruits

No actually when body is not used to it then it gets difficult.Dizziness/fatigue/weakness is normal after fasting 16-19 hours

@@jigishapatel2072 but they do Karwa chauth every year and they say this every year too...I mean nobody is used to it...Teej vrat is far more difficult than this I can understand if you feel dizzy while doing it but in Karwachauth it's only a matter of a few hours that too they ate Sargi in the morning....that is why it is a little concerning because they have mentioned multiple times that they have been feeling dizzy in this vlog
