As a nurse watching the clip it seems like Smiley was having a real seizure and most people who are having an episode won’t remember it at all after it stops. You cannot fake your pupils not being responsive to light or accommodation as the EMT was saying in the clip while assessing Smiley. I would hope Smiley not out here faking or neglecting her health. Someone who has seizures would’ve been told to not overindulge with alcohol because it’s a CNS depressant. She has gots to do better. As for Suki, she needs to drop that so called friend of her because that’s the same friend who was stealing out her boutique on Love and Hip Hop.

I have Epilepsy, that was definitely a real seizure. Having a seizure is the most embarrassing thing that could ever happen to someone, so the fact that they kept recording her really broke my heart. Like you said, there are several types of seizures that a person can have, there are times that I have full out convulsions, fighting and stripping, pulling my hair out, screaming for my dad, I always get admitted and have to stay in the hospital for a few days. A few weeks a ago I was on the subway coming home from work, I put my head down, next thing I know, I jump up and say, "did I pee on myself", a little old lady behind me says, "no sweetheart, you had a seizure". The paramedics arrive, I'm up and alert but kind of dazed off and I ask for my dad. They take me to the ER and they sit with me until my dad arrives. I can recover from that kind in a few hours so it is possible but I couldn't imagine going out to a restaurant. I'm sorry for the long paragraph. Now Smiley I can't help you out with the m*scarriage😂

thank you!!!! it took years and tons of medicines + herbal remedies for my seizures to go away and i only had them in my sleep, i used to wake up with no memory at all for about an hour and then would be up like i was before. then after that i would sleep for hourssss so i really do believe her.

I believe her seizures were real and her pregnancy. The thing about Smiley is she doesn't want to miss anything! She's like that little kid who keeps dozing off but won't go to bed cuz they are afraid that they might miss something. Not to mention this is probably her ONLY chance to make her mark on TV so she wants as much camera time as she can. If she's constantly in the hospital she may not be coming back next season. She's neglecting her health in the name of keeping up with the other girls.

People have to realize that there are different types of seizures and the aftermath of different seizure. That seizure and miscarriage wasn't fake. People handle things differently and they're so used to experiencing the same situation. It pissed me off when everyone said it was fake.

Seizures are different for everyone who has them, my sister has Petit mall seizures, my brother has grand mall seizures and my friend has alcoholic seizures and they all look and act different when they go into them.

I’m just trying to understand who died and made them doctors? From Natalie down to Rollie and ET. Who told Natalie that Smiley was faking in the first place cause I know the medic didn’t tell her that. I’m all for ratchet entertainment but its gotten so dark and low vibrational that it’s borderline evil. They could easily just send Smiley home but to keep her there to bully her is trifling. I had seizures and afterwards you don’t remember anything. I was about to start my car and go out to eat when all of sudden I started seizing. Thank god it happened before I put the car in drive or it could’ve been worst! I never had one before that it was very scary my family wanted me to go to the hospital but I didn’t want to they had to call 911 for me to go just to get checked out. I felt tired but overall normal. So smiley could be telling the truth. I think she just was hiding from the world and hospital what she took.

Honestly I don’t think smiley was lying. Y’all have no idea how much time has lapsed in the show first of all. Her pupils were not reacting and you CANT FAKE THAT. Someone said something interesting saying that if she knew she has seizures and can’t drink then she may have triggered it on purpose for whatever reason cuz she’s smiley 🙄 but I don’t believe the seizure was fake at all.

I use to work in Neuroscience and I worked with a neurologist. Who specializes in seizures. My mom use to have them as well. A person can have a seizure and they can go back to normal. They may be a little dazed and confused when first coming out of one. She probably didn’t take her medication or drink too much. So that she could have a seizure. This season has been a mess. I don’t watch anymore. I just watch the reactions channels on KZbin.

I haven't even fulfilled the video yet, so what im gonna say is solely based off reading the title and watching the actual episode, but when it come to smileys seizures, they were REAL, you cannot fake unresponsive pupils, you cannot fake throwing up in your mouth and literally seizing!! HOWEVER you can purposely trigger a seizure(not saying that's what she did as there is literally no way to tell for sure), I feel like we should not be questioning this woman so much and not question anyone else...didn't Rollie say her dad died from covid in a previous season? and then said in this season her dad had a seizure and choke on his tongue which killed him... my point is number 1. we letting LIARS (Rollie) call out other people who we THINK are lying which is ass backwards and 2. if we gone question smiley like this then make her show her medical records to prove it, and make sure you do the same for Rollie, make her show the proof of how her dad died and if hes even dead fr.....do yall see how insensitive all of that is, who are these women (who aren't educated on this in the slightest) allowed to say that smiley faked something that they know NOTHING about...but will turn around a believe a documented liar, again Rollie, just cause what? do we fw her cause she fat? like bffr im over it

Mariah came out and said Smiley took percs and was drinking Hennessy. If this is true, it’s a combination of the 2 that caused her to seize. Those pills are NO JOKE! I’m an epileptic and suffered a BAD grand mal seizure after I got my wisdom teeth pulled out and took one Percocet for pain. I had no idea it would affect me that way. I’m proud of Suki for standing up for Smiley. She was a real one for that!! 💯

There are literally 7 different types of seizures, also people can have multiple seizures back to back, and people can have a seizure and get up and act normal right after having one. It may take a couple hours or days to recover the after effects are usually headaches or tiredness, if they appear. Smiley looked very fatigued if you ask me like she had nothing left in her. Its unfortunate most people never research things before going on and on with uneducated opinions. Whew my goodness

Ok I work in a nursing facility and I be around people who have seizures. When you have seizures you have to let them go through it, it normally last about 2 to five minutes. You don’t ever put fingers in the mouth cause they can’t bite down on your fingers, and no you can’t swallow your tongue when you’re having a seizure.Rollie lied you can’t swallow tongue.

Rollie full of it.😂 I used to have them with mini strokes, and would come out of it just normal. You dont stick your finger in no seizing mouth bc if they clamp down they can bite your damn finger. My whole body would clench when its seized. You cant swallow your tongue unless its detached, a simple roll would prevent that. They slow. I dont think Smiley had an MC but instead an abortion, BUT none of my business. She was in the hospital that was that, but that was some epic faking if she was faking for real. To me that was Emmy worthy bc it looked real to me
